Privacy is assured by Hi-Tek Floor Supply for any and all of your confidential information that you share with us for mutual business purposes. Hi-Tek Floor Supply pledges to never share, sell or otherwise divulge any of your account information with any other third party outside the basic requirements of Hi-Tek Floor Supply personnel without your express, written approval in advance. No deviations.

When purchasing products from Hi-Tek Floor Supply, you will be agreeing to the following terms of purchase.

Shipping Policy
Hi-Tek Floor Supply, is committed to providing you the very best combination of shipping cost and fast delivery! Hi-Tek Floor Supply, ships to anywhere in the Continental United States. Hi-Tek Floor Supply, products Shipping Cost fall into one of two main product categories:
1. Warehouse (WHSE), stocked in our Charleston, SC warehouse providing everyday pricing, fast service and standard shipping cost. 
- OR -
2. Direct from the Manufacturer (DRCT), these products shipping direct from one central location, (like the factory itself). The shipping cost for these items is determined by the Manufacturer and are so stated at the time of order.

Return/Exchange Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization from Hi-Tek Floor Supply. Please call Hi-Tek Floor Supply, customer service for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. No returns or exchanges will be authorized after 30 days past the invoice date. Returns within the 15 day limit will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returns are for replacement credit only. Returns should be in good condition and in their original carton to earn credit. Returns will be at the original purchase price less any restocking fee where all instructions are followed. For products ordered in error by the customer, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Hi-Tek Floor Supply shall be that of the customer. All Equipment Purchases, including Floor machines, extractors, vacuums are not returnable. Equipment purchases are covered by Manufacturer Warranties.  All new parts come with a 30 Day Warranty.
